Frequently Asked Questions

Do you ship hardware to Papua New Guinea?
Yes. We have an active client base in PNG, particularly in Lae and Port Moresby. We manage logistics from our Australian base and can arrange freight, customs documentation, and local support coordination for PNG projects.
Can you repair electronics sent from interstate or overseas?
Yes. We accept electronics for repair by post or courier from anywhere in Australia and from Papua New Guinea. We'll provide a diagnostic assessment and quote before any repair work begins.
What brands of servers do you supply and support?
Our primary server brands are DELL (PowerEdge series) and HPE (ProLiant series). We also supply and support Lenovo, Supermicro, and other brands. For networking, we primarily work with Cisco, Ubiquiti, and Fortinet.
How long does a chip-level repair usually take?
Turnaround depends on the complexity of the fault. Simple component replacements can be completed in 1–3 business days. More complex repairs such as BGA reballing may take 5–10 business days. We'll provide an estimate after the initial assessment.
Do you provide a warranty on your work?
Yes. All installation work comes with a 12-month workmanship warranty. Electronics repairs carry a 90-day warranty on the repaired component. Hardware supplied carries the standard manufacturer warranty.
What are your payment terms?
Standard payment terms are 30 days from invoice date. We accept bank transfer (EFT), credit card, and cash. For project work, a deposit may be required. Full payment details are provided with each quote and invoice.
